When applying for the first medical evaluation, please use the Wellness application page. If you have questions about the dosage or discomfort, or if you wish to be evaluated again while taking the medicine, please request it via the Baekrokdam online questionnaire. Wellness Consultation and Management During Medication, we do not predetermine the use of Gongjindan or Gyeongokgo; instead, we check your current condition and medications to see if they are suitable for you, and provide guidance on the criteria for switching to in-person visits and re-consultation.

What should I prepare before applying for a consultation?

  • You do not need to decide on Gongjindan or Gyeongokgo in advance.
  • It is helpful to note what influences your primary question, such as concerns about sugar content, ease of swallowing or measuring, or your current medication schedule.
  • If your primary question is whether you can take restorative herbal medicine along with your current medications, we will first review the list of medications to check before combined use and the principles for maintaining existing medications.
  • If you have recent test results or photos of your medication envelopes, please prepare them as well.
  • For gift consultations, the consent and health information of the actual user will be verified.

Will the prescription for Gongjindan or Gyeongokgo be confirmed upon application?

Please check firstNo. During the medical evaluation, we check your current condition and medications to determine if the prescription is appropriate for you; if it is not, the prescription may be declined.
  • Gongjindan and Gyeongokgo differ in their respective ingredients and concentrations fixed compositions.
  • We do not arbitrarily change the ingredients of a prescription that is not suitable to recommend it.
  • If necessary Customized Herbal Medicine, we will first guide you toward an in-person medical evaluation or a disease assessment.

Is there a separate fee for the initial evaluation or for follow-up evaluations while taking the medicine?

  • No separate initial evaluation fee or follow-up evaluation fee is charged apart from the price of Gongjindan and Gyeongokgo.
  • If the evaluation changes to a case requiring other tests or treatments, the scope and cost will be provided before proceeding.

What should I do if I feel uncomfortable or want to change how I take the medicine?

Please check firstRecord any discomfort, the time and amount taken, and any other medications taken together, then request a follow-up evaluation via the Baekrokdam online questionnaire. Do not increase the dosage arbitrarily.
  • If your condition has improved in the morning but afternoon fatigue remains, please describe changes after lunch, exhaustion after meetings, and recovery time after activity to proceed with a general Follow-up consultationevaluation.
  • If new discomfort such as stomach upset, pulsating sensations, or worsening sleep recurs, do not endure it and continue taking the medicine, even if it seems mild.
  • Dosage Amount· Changes to the timing of intake are guided after confirming the herbal medicine received and your current condition.
  • For shortness of breath, swelling of the face or tongue, feeling of fainting, or severe chest pain, do not wait for a consultation and seek emergency medical care immediately.

Can I receive a non-face-to-face evaluation again?

Please check firstInquiry During IntakeYou may request a follow-up evaluation, but if it is difficult to sufficiently evaluate your current condition non-face-to-face, an in-person visit may be requested.
  • Prescriptions or adjustments are not automatically confirmed simply by submitting the questionnaire.
  • You must report any new diseases, new medications, or significant changes in symptoms.
  • Depending on the medical evaluation results, you may be advised to continue or stop your current prescription, or be guided toward other medical treatments.

Are remote prescriptions or services available while staying overseas?

Please check firstWe do not currently provide remote medical evaluations, prescriptions, or international delivery for those staying overseas.
  • Do not apply for domestic medical evaluation while concealing the fact that you are staying overseas.
  • You may check the availability of medical evaluation again after returning to Korea.
