This refers to the proportion of ingested ingredients absorbed in a form that the body can utilize; however, the absorption rate of a specific product cannot be determined solely by the time of administration or how it is felt. It cannot be concluded that taking medicine on an empty stomach is better for all products and all people. The timing of administration should consider gastrointestinal discomfort, meals, sleep, and the schedule of other medications, and interactions are not resolved by time intervals alone. To monitor changes after administration, record the dosage and time, the timing of meals and other medications, and the time when discomfort began.

If I feel the effects quickly, does it mean it was absorbed well?

Changes felt immediately after administration, such as a sensation of heat, drowsiness, or stomach discomfort, are not direct measurements of the absorption rate. The fact that changes occurred quickly does not mean the Korean herbal medicine is a better fit or more effective, nor does a lack of sensation mean it was not absorbed.

To monitor changes after administration, record the dosage and time, the timing of meals and other medications, and the time when discomfort began. If discomfort recurs, do not arbitrarily change the dosage or timing to increase absorption, but Follow-up consultationreconfirm the administration method and whether it is suitable for your body at the clinic.
